Shirley Hampton is a registered nurse with a career spanning over four decades. Her journey began at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL, where she earned her associate nursing degree. She later obtained a bachelor's degree from Olivet University in Bourbonnais, IL, in 2005, and a master's degree in health education from the University of Phoenix in Jacksonville, FL, in 2011.

Throughout her career, she has worked in various health-related environments, teaching classes on CPR, health education, safety, first aid, and babysitting. She has served as a health educator for prestigious organizations such as the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, and the American Red Cross. Her involvement in health fairs has provided numerous community members with essential screening and disaster preparedness drills.

Aside from her professional accomplishments, Ms. Hampton has a creative and entrepreneurial spirit. She designed various games on different topics, such as breast cancer, congestive heart failure, and diabetes, and has published several articles and books. Her recent venture is a retail store that showcases her creativity, selling health tips, eBooks, customized greeting cards, and snack boxes.

Her mission is to inspire others to be the best they can be, promoting self-confidence, success, and a healthy lifestyle. Her generosity and compassion are evident in the seventy Mother's Day Gift Bags she donated to her church community in 2021. Shirley Hampton is a true inspiration, a lifelong learner, and an advocate for personal growth and development.

She lives in the beautiful state of Florida with her spouse of 34 years. She enjoys white sand beaches, visiting quaint shops in Old St Augustine, sightseeing in Orlando, Tampa, Savannah, and Daytona Beach.
